Catalyst Sports Management began in 1997 as a general Sports Manager and now predominantly manages Rugby League and Rugby Union players.

Catalyst is accredited in Australia for both League and Union and now has an office in London to look after the growing European market.

Paul Hogan is the Managing Director and with fellow Directors Moses Rauluni and John Fraser, Catalyst directs the careers of a number of the games Stars along with many promising young players.
